Overview / Issues
Following the introduction of a new HR system at MITSUI & CO., LTD., we were requested to produce a video introducing the new HR system, which will be shown mainly to student applicants looking for a job. We received the composition and narration, and we were in charge of the content/design/animation production.
What we thought about / what we stuck to
As This video is mainly used on their recruitment website, we made sure that the taste of this video is in harmony with their website. There was a prior illustration of the characters, so we tried to match that image as much as possible.
As this video was a little long, we made the illustrations easy to understand and visually interesting so that the viewers would not have a hard time watching it.
As to the abstract parts, we used geometry and characters to keep the viewers interested.
