Our customer was just about to drastically improve their brand image. Then, we were requested to produce an introduction video of their EV charging service.
We received the scenario and we were in charge of the content/design/animation production.
What we thought about / what we stuck to
Their new brand image had not yet been clearly established, so we kicked off from planning together.
We had to carefully make sure that the video goes well along with their brand image.
As to the video explaining how to use the product, we tried to make it as simple and obvious as possible, by removing unnecessary expressions or images.
